DomesticallyBearclaw Advisory management has grown multiple U.S. consumer products’ brands across the cash flow spectrum, overcoming many cash flow challenges while growing sales and creating cash.  These brands’ sales achieved compounded annual growth rates (CAGR) ranging from +10.6% to +27.3%.   

Using early-career investment banking experience, Bearclaw Advisory management also raised working capital, refinanced debt and successfully negotiated the sale of multiple companies to strategic and financial acquirers at prices up to 1.5x net sales. 

Internationally: Besides working with domestic brands, Bearclaw Advisory management has been Country Manager, advised or imported six international companies’ products.  It managed U.S. sales growth for four imported brands. It also managed the U.S. subsidiary for a European public company, growing sales at a +30.7% CAGR. 

Bearclaw Advisory’s President, David Kulow, has an MBA from The Wharton School, concentrating in both finance and entrepreneurial management.  He received his BA from Harvard College, graduating magna cum laude in economics.
